Visit our "Contact us" page and send us   your company contact information


Step 2
We'll email you an Order Form (including prices) and a Terms & Conditions form with all the
appropriate reference numbers

Prices shown do not include GST and PST or shipping and handling

Step 3
When we receive your Order Form we’ll email you an Estimate for your approval including
GST, PST (where applicable) plus shipping & handling (where applicable)


All Estimates are valid for 60 days from date of issue


Payment

We accept PO numbers, company cheques, MasterCard and Visa.Payment to be made out to
Medisgn Inc.


General Notes

Invoice and Delivery details must be clearly stated on all orders and correspondence.
