Terms & Conditions
Quotations:

Quotations are valid for 60 days from date of Order

Prices:

All prices are current at press time and are subject to change without notice
Typographical or similar errors are subject to correction
Prices are stated in Canadian Dollars

GST /HST:

GST and PST will be charged on all orders within Canada where applicable

Minimum Order:

All orders are subject to a $25.00 (twenty five dollar) minimum charge
No Minimum on cash sales

Terms:

Net 30 days unless otherwise agreed upon in writing
A 2% monthly service charge is added on invoices not paid when due

Freight and Delivery:

•Purolator Courier
•Canada Post
•Truck Fright

All orders will be shipped Purolator or Canada post depending on the size and quantity of the order. Extra large orders will be delivered by Truck Freight. Shipping and handling charges will be shown on the invoice





International Shipping:

All international shipping will be handled by Purolator Courier

Damaged, Lost or Short Shipments:

If your shipment is damaged or short, have it noted by the courier on the delivery receipt. Without this proper notation, you accept the delivery at your own risk. Advise Medisign Inc. and the company will reship the merchandise and process the claim for the damaged, lost or short order. Keep damaged goods and containers for Purolator or Canada Post inspection.

Returns:

Customer must obtain a Retuned Goods Authorization number prior to returning goods. Unless Medisign Inc. have erred, returns must be prepaid. No merchandise will be accepted for return which as been held for over 30 days. We reserve the right to determine if the purchaser has abused the term in question. If the product cannot be returned to stock, credit will not be given. Returns due to customer error must be prepaid and are subject to a restocking charge.

Claims:

Any claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.
